Tank Poster
This is an infographic I designed in 2023. I wanted to research something I knew nothing about. Finding tank model data was surprisingly difficult.
Von BunBun chocolate
Von BunBun is a small package design I made in 2024. It features an opening lid and nutrition facts underneath. An interior bed atop a paper spring raises Von BunBun out of his coffin when it is opened. Illustration took the place of the chocolatier work I could not do myself.
EARTH - Volume 1
This is an album cover for an atmospheric drum and bass artist I used to listen to (my taste changes quite a lot). It was one of the first designs I made at PSU all the way back in 2020.
Output Posters
These posters advertise a student coding showcase from a few years ago. I coded a simple configurable program in the processing language to turn images into the ASCII art that is featured. I also styled the rest of the poster to be a sort of combination of ancient roman lettering and an older computer interface.
In short, the program accrues the light values of pixel groups and replaces them with characters that match those values through density. You can specify what characters the program uses, and one of the above images was asciified with only the characters “PSUGD.”
